a. Define what is a transformational leader       b. Do a comparison and contrast of what links are seen between transformational leadership and patient advocacy.       c. What are your thoughts when you study Figure 1 on page 97 of the Antill article, “The model of transformational leadership”.       d. Discuss at least one leader you have worked under as a nurse. Describe their leadership style, based on your experience working with them identify what leadership theory (see pages 46 – 49 in the textbook) they most likely use, and discuss the work environment in the department (did the staff have good job satisfaction, how was the quality of care affected, was the department efficient etc.). Give specific examples of experiences that support what you say.
