· Reflect on all your practicum experiences. Write a 1-2 page paper explaining the knowledge and strengths you have gained, Identify any other opportunities for growth. Include any clinical pearls or caveats that you have learned that will help you as a new practicing nurse practitioner. Express how confident you are in transitioning from student nurse practitioner to novice nurse practitioner.

· Explain what goals you have accomplished and which ones you did not. Reassess all your goals throughout all your practicum experiences, explain how you can continue working on any goals not accomplished in your clinical practice.
