Organization can be reputed when the given projects are completed in given time. So, the successful of projects development can mainly depend of the given resources and the work done by the members in the team. When, to develop the project mainly the managers management officers maintain the portfolio of the project to make an analysis and manage the project which is based on the formation. So, the portfolio mainly offers a way to find out the risks in the project, which helps the project managers to schedule their teams to identify the process to reach the targets. Project done by me is on sales done through online system. The main scope of my project is to increase the sales through online by reducing the problems likes sales issues, delivery approach to the customers. Finally, the main aim is to improve the sales and profits to the company.

The main scope of project depends on the terms of reference’s which is based on the work done. Firstly, when the project is handled to us mainly we consider the resources required are allocated to us or not. So, this involves the goals of project the work we done, expect delivery reports and the final deadlines. Based on all these terms we document our project so; those documentaries explain the responsibilities that the employees should handle which helps to focus on the work of the project.

Deliverable of the project can be a form which is provide the result of the task as done through. The materials can be as hardware, software, apps products and the results analysis. Finally, when the project is done successfully it mainly includes all the plans of projects whatever’s the tools are required to use, needed apps, software’s, testing analysis.

Constraints are mainly used in the project. They can be evaluated as scope, time and cost. These three terms can be referred as cost can be meant to use to pay the cash for the needed use of project. When the project is initiating there will be the estimated analysis of money which is needed for project for that resources required. Time is another important constraint which perfect term is to finish the project in recommended period. Here the project managers are main responsible for the work which should be done in correct time. So, every project can be completed based the factors which are discussed in the cleared format. So, to improve the efficacy of work in the team he projects mangers are responsible for the extra help and explanation of the portfolio given in the project. Combinedly assigning all those factors contribute the best process of project management.
