Read a qualitative nursing study. If a different investigator had gone into the field to study the same problem, how likley is it that the conclusions would have been the same? How transferable are the research’s findings?

Post a draft of your final paper’s abstract, introduction, and conclusion for peer review. Be sure to include the problem you are addressing. Identify any questions or challenges you are facing with the assignment, or mention something new that you have learned. Pose specific questions you would like your peers to address.

In your responses to your peers, provide them with specific feedback, constructive criticism, suggestions for improvement, and ideas for resources or support. Comment to a minimum of two peers. Remember that your feedback and support are important!

Guidelines for the Paper

​Write a summary of the interview in a narrative format. Do NOT simply list your questions and their responses. Feel free to add information that the person shared that was not included in your interview questions.  Include a paragraph about your impressions of the experience. Was it what you expected? What was the most surprising thing you learned? Did the interview affect your decision to pursue the profession? Did the person say anything that left a lasting impression on you?

​Your paper should be between 2-4 pages long. Please double space the paper. Attach the necessary documentation. 

Work #1:

Describe in 500 words the shared security responsibility model that a dba must be aware of  when moving to the cloud.

Use at least three sources. Use the Research Databases available from the Danforth Library not Google. Include at least 3 quotes from your sources enclosed in quotation marks and cited in-line by reference to your reference list.  Example: “words you copied” (citation) These quotes should be one full sentence not altered or paraphrased. Cite your sources using APA format. Use the quotes in your paragaphs.  Stand alone quotes will not count toward the 3 required quotes.

Copying without attribution or the use of spinbot or other word substitution software will result in a grade of 0. 

Write in essay format not in bulleted, numbered or other list format. 

Do not use attachments as a submission. 

Reply to two classmates’ posting in a paragraph of at least five sentences by asking questions, reflecting on your own experience, challenging assumptions, pointing out something new you learned, offering suggestions. These peer responses are not ‘attaboys’.   You should make your initial post by Thursday evening so your classmates have an opportunity to respond before Sunday.at midnight when all three posts are due. 

It is important that you use your own words, that you cite your sources, that you comply with the instructions regarding length of your post and that you reply to two classmates in a substantive way (not ‘nice post’ or the like).  Your goal is to help your colleagues write better. Do not use spinbot or other word replacement software. It usually results in nonsense and is not a good way to learn anything. . I will not spend a lot of my time trying to decipher nonsense. Proof read your work or have it edited. Find something interesting and/or relevant to your work to write about.  Please do not submit attachments unless requested.

Project schedule:

Week 9:  Submit your company selection with the stock exchange by posting to the discussion board thread under the title “Course Project (select/post company in week 9 for approval)”.  I will approve each student’s selection of a company for this project.

Week 13:    Use the tools and techniques presented in this course to analyze the company’s profitability, liquidity, leverage and the common stock as an investment.  The length of the paper should be 4 to 5 typewritten pages.  The paper will be due by day 7, 11:59pm EST. 

Week 14 & 15:   Prepare a presentation (5 minutes) for a Zoom meeting call.

Part 1: Dashboard
Using Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint, create a quality dashboard based on the Community General Hospital Case Study. Your dashboard must include 6–8 measures. Use mock data to represent the measures you have chosen.

Part 2: Written Summary
To accompany your dashboard, write a 2- to 3-page paper in which you do the following:

• Identify the 6–8 quality measures you have chosen for your dashboard.
• Explain why these measures are important to the organization.
• Analyze how the Triple Aim/Quadruple Aim is represented in your chosen measures. 
• Explain how you displayed the measures. Justify your choice of display.
• Provide a strategy for communicating the dashboard throughout the organization.
• Explain how the dashboard could be used as a leadership tool to improve patient outcomes.
