Establishing the Project Scope

 In 750-1,000 words, address the following:

1. Identify the steps in developing a project scope.
2. Evaluate the importance of the stakeholder’s understanding of in and out of project scope.
3. Create the steps for how to identify high-level deliverables and key milestones.
4. Identify the steps to create the completion criteria.
5. Report the success criteria (completed within budget and on schedule).
