However, the practice I perform involves making follow-ups of sick individuals’ details and release guidelines. Moreover, through this practice, I make sure that there is a strong bond between clinical practitioners and clients. It is vital in health organizations because it advances clients desire concerning their medical care experiences. The practice I do employs care calls which permit me as a clinical leader to make follow-ups concerning the release of patients and respond to the questions they ask.

Nonetheless, through understanding organizational and systems leadership, I would get to learn some skills or ideas which are dependable and contribute to success in my field. For example, through comprehending some leadership strategies like effective communication, cooperation, assessment of patients care desires can advance the practice because making decisions with employees would be easy. Also, communication and coordination among involved individuals would be excellent due to the advanced systems of leadership.

Additionally, the act of making follow-ups would change to be more advanced since all workers who make this practice successful will have known how to create and use their systems to store patients’ records. The discharge process will be more advanced and cost-effective because the introduction of new technologies to me as a leader will assist me in empowering my staff how to carry the exercise and streamline the procedure. Moreover, through the advancement of systems of leadership, offering care to patients would be simple since these systems would help in performing most roles in this field. Lastly, due to the proper understanding of the organizational and systems of leadership, the outcomes of the practice will be quality and cost-effective. Hence, waste of resources will not be incurred since I as a leader of the practice I will ensure there is proper budgeting (Joseph & Huber, 2015).

In summary, comprehending the organizational and systems leadership will change my roles as leader of the patients care and release because the knowledge which will be acquired from it will make the present systems to be more organized and employees are able to cooperate and solve challenges.  Also, the effective collaboration will be implemented among staffs and tasks will be carried accurately without challenges. Generally, these changes will automatically transform the health care surrounding and the results of my practice will be excellent (Shantou et al, 2017).
