I am struggling in trying to read your work on this directional strategies report for Parkland’s Health and Hospital System. Many of the comments made within the paper seem to have been taken from literature sources; I am not sure how they would apply to this particular organization. For example, you discussed that doctors are not rewarded for their commitment or work and that non-medical staff are also not appreciated (p 4). Yet the reference for this is to an article on beta-blockers in patients with cirrhosis.
An introduction to the organization is needed at the start of each assessment. Describe the type of organization that this is, the number of patients served, number of employees, facts about the community, etc.
