I am struggling in trying to read your work on this directional strategies report for Parkland’s Health and Hospital System.  Many of the comments made within the paper seem to have been taken from literature sources; I am not sure how they would apply to this particular organization. For example, you discussed that doctors are not rewarded for their commitment or work and that non-medical staff are also not appreciated (p 4). Yet the reference for this is to an article on beta-blockers in patients with cirrhosis.

An introduction to the organization is needed at the start of each assessment. Describe the type of organization that this is, the number of patients served, number of employees, facts about the community, etc.

Are there fewer patients using the facility? On the bottom of page 2 is the statement: “In this regard, the hospital is committed to identifying the health constraints facing the community and develop counter response alternatives which will not only solve the arising problem but also prevent the chances of such calamity to occur in the future.” What does this mean? Perhaps writing in shorter, more direct sentences would be helpful.”
