These stakeholders are patients, family members, nurses, pharmacists, government, and insurance companies. Every stakeholder has a different degree of interest, responsibility, and authority. The support of stakeholders is essential as their contribution and participation will lead to the success of the change project.In order to secure the support of stakeholders, it is crucial to ensure that stakeholders understand the benefits of the change project and their role in the implementation of the change project. Moreover, getting the stakeholders’ support involves strong motivation from those directly affected by the change project, and these people could be the patients, families, and other stakeholders.
