She denies pelvic pain.  The patient had unprotected sexual intercourse in the last two weeks with her new partner. She denies any lower back pain or foul-smelling urine or frequency. PMH is negative. Vital signs T 98.8 F Pulse 80 Resp 22 O2 sat 99% on room air. Cardio-respiratory exam unremarkable for murmurs, rubs, clicks, or gallops.
