With more health workers becoming infected, there is a decreased health workforce, resulting in pressure on the health care system. Evaluating the prevalence and incidence of the diverse outcomes among nurses would help assess the implementation success of change in the hospital.According to Reggiani & Schiaffino (2020), the independent variable needed to evaluate an evidence-based project is the correct use of personal protective equipment within the healthcare setting. PPE among nurses determines the prevalence of COVID-19 and the resulting health complications. Uptake of correct and consistent use of PPEs also entails applying knowledge with attitude change and practice among the nursing staff in the healthcare setting.
