Submitting the Assignment:

Create 2 Excel worksheets.   

1. The first is your Excel matrix chart with formulas to calculate weighted scores and totals using a mixed cell reference. You will see which career scored best with the raw scores and which career scored best with the weighted scores. Divide 100 points among the criteria with the highest number of points going to the criteria most important to you.
2. The second is a chart of your results from the matrix.  The chart may be the style of your choice. It must give good information about the data in your worksheet with your matrix. Name each worksheet in the workbook appropriately. Submit your file with both worksheets into the Blackboard assignment.

In this project, you will develop a detailed comparative analysis of cloud vendors and their services. A comparative analysis provides an item-by-item comparison of two or more alternatives, processes, products, or systems. In this case, you will compare the pros/cons of the cloud service providers in terms of security, ease of use, service models, services/tools they provide, pricing, technical support, cloud service providers’ infrastructure, and architecture model.

You will present your findings to the owner of the company in a narrated PowerPoint presentation with 10 to 20 slides. Use the Cloud Presentation Template.

Presentation Guidelines

Your presentation should be comprised of the following:

• One to two slides on the company profile.
• One to two slides on what the company is struggling with.
• One to two slides on current infrastructure.
• Three to six slides on the top three cloud services providers. Include their service models (i.e., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), services/tools/solutions (i.e., compute, storage, database, developer tools, analytics tools, networking and content delivery, customer engagement), pricing, accessibility, technical support for companies, global infrastructure.
• One to two slides on a recommended cloud service provider based on the comparative analysis and the cloud vendor’s abilities to meet the service needs of the company.
• One slide on the conclusion.
• One References slide.
• All slides must be narrated by you, the student.

 Each day, we use the Internet on our personal computers and mobile devices to access information and purchase goods. Websites often have their own mobile form factor while others maintain the same Website user experience, creating challenges when trying to use navigation, overcome errors, search, and complete the most mundane tasks. For this assignment, you are to review a website as well as a Mobile Site. For example, you would evaluate Amazon.com on Microsoft Edge (PC) and Amazon.com on your iPhone using Safari. Conducting a heuristic evaluation (self-evaluation), you will write an assessment on each Website answering the following questions: 

1. What Website did you evaluate?
2. What industry does the company participate in?
3. Looking at the online website, address three issues that require revision? For each issue, please provide a screenshot and explicitly mark why you feel this issue is problematic.
4. Looking at the online website, how would you suggest that the issues requiring revision are corrected based on what you have learned in the class so far?
5. Moving to the mobile site, compare those same three features. Did you find the user experience to be problematic or better suited for the mobile form factor?
6. With the mobile site, how would you enhance the experience for those same issues you found on the Website to be problematic. 

This paper length is 4 -6 pages. Since this is a personal review of a website, sources are not necessary. However, you are still to follow the APA format in presenting the paper. 

You have been requested to create a write-up for those who are going abroad to help them with their transition.

Review the presentation you completed in the previous Module 02 Lab. What training differentiators would you need to add or alter to address travel abroad? What are some other ideas that might need to be implemented to ensure that the new employee’s needs are being met? 3. Discuss what types of training you would provide both U.S. Staff and the local staff in ensure a smooth working platform.
4. Discuss what type of training would be needed to be considered for security-specific needs for the local staff.
